Come to CYC and give adult
gymnastics a go!
Adult gymnastics classes are
great for anyone wanting to improve their strength and fitness and
for anyone who is looking for a fun and exciting challenge. We
offer a general gym class incorporating all areas of
gymnastics.
Our adult gymnastics
instructor Ivelin Iliev is a former Sports Acrobatics World
Championship Silver Medalist and has been working here in Melbourne
at the National Institute of Circus Arts, Circus Oz and of course
CYC. At CYC he coaches our successful Men's Gymnastics Junior Squad
and has led many young athletes to achieve personal bests and
become State Champions.
When, where and how
much?
Adult Gym classes run on
Friday nights from 7pm to 9pm
Classes are held at 52
Tarnard Drive, Braeside, 3195
Casual classes are $18.00
per class or a 10 visit pass can be purchased for $150.00 (10 visit
passes are valid for 12 weeks from purchase date)
Bookings are not needed -
just turn up
