2010) Men's gymnastics Australian Championships
Results
After day 1 of
competition Kenji Fujihara is sitting in 6th place on floor and
Lachlan Hawthorn has placed an impressive 9th in the all around
competition.
(18th June,
2010) After a very sucessful WG Victorian
Championships 2 CYC athletes have been named in the Victorian Trans
Bass Team.
Brianna
Blake, national 6, and Taylah laval, national 7, will compete for
Victoria at the Trans Bass Challenge in Tasmania on the 28-29th
August.

Maddie has been selected as Australasia's
female entrant for Trampoline Sports to attend YOUTH OLYMPICS.
All the
hard work has paid off.
Youth Olympics
takes place in Singapore from 14-26 August, 2010.
(1st May,
2010) WOW - What an
awesome routine from Maddie during the qualification round.
She has qualified Australia for a berth at the Youth Olympic
Games in Singapore in August.
(27th April,
2010) Come along to the Pacific Rim Championships
this week in Melbourne to see CYC Champion Trampolinist MADDIE
JOHNSON take on the best from Russia, China, Canada and New Zealand
at the State Netball and Hockey Centre.

NEW CLASSES in
Term 4
Tumbling-
suitable for beginner to intermediate this class will only teach
tumbling skills. Ages 12-16 boys and girls. Classes
will run from 11.30am - 12.30pm on Saturday's starting 17th
October.
Sports
Aerobics - 6-11 years of age this class will be run by World
Champion coach Tracey Vaughan. Classes will run from 2:30 - 3:30pm
on Saturdays commencing 10th October.

done to the CYC Trampoline Team who once again claimed the
title of
CHAMPION ELITE LEVELS CLUB
at the
2009 National Club Championships

27th 2009)The
weekend of August 2nd and 3rd will see a 25 athlete strong CYC
Trampoline Team take on the rest of Australia at National Clubs in
QLD. This competition is also the final qualifier for World
Championships/World Age Games so we wish all athletes the best of
luck - fly high...

YOUTH OLYMPICS 2009
Jarrod Herriot
(coach) and trampolinists Maddie Johnson, Emily O'Connor and
Michelle Riederich are currently in Sydney for Youth
Olympics.
Wednesday night
saw the opening ceremony and the girls were all excited to be a
part of this special event.
The trampoline
competition takes place on Saturday 17th January with the girls
competing Individual Trampoline between 10 and 11am and
Synchronised Trampoline from 3pm.
