To deliver and enhance the services offered by Cheltenham Youth
Club Inc., relevant personal information is collected. Cheltenham
Youth Club Inc., collects personal information from you which is
volunteered when:
- You register to become a member of Cheltenham Youth Club
Inc.
- You enter a gymnastics competition run by either Cheltenham
Youth Club Inc., or another registered club affiliated with
Gymnastics Australia.
- You purchase merchandise from Cheltenham Youth Club Inc.
- You may provide information to one of our staff.

out our primary purpose, which is providing services relating to
membership, education, events and merchandise. Your personal

CYC, stores personal information both on computer and in a paper

avoid misuse, loss and unauthorized handling.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that whenever we collect, use
or disclose personal information that it is accurate, complete and
up to date.

some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, you can
